I then proposed Civilian Oversight of Police with Quality Control Questionnaires going out to those that need police protection and service. I was arrested and put in prison when a police informant encouraged to harass me out of town jumped me in my dark driveway after stalking, threatening, and trying to rob me, by defending myself with pepper spray. He was given immunity to prosecute me and self-defence is not legal in Connecticut. Put "Steven G. Erickson" in a yahoo search engine for my story.
