Well, the big day has come and gone. Everything went great. We walked into a medium-sized conference room as normal people, and walked out 90 minutes later as homeowners. Settlement was smooth, painless, and quick, totally defying all the stories I’ve heard about how long settlements take. Because of this, I’m starting to wonder if we missed something…
Oh, and I won the "debate". Hehehe…
